Grey Board for Hardcover

The grey board is used to construct the hardcover of a book, and we offer three thicknesses: 1200g, 1500g, and 1800g, which are approximately 2.5mm, 3mm, and 3.5mm respectively.

To help visualize the thickness, 1200g (2.5mm) is about the thickness of two dimes, 1500g (3mm) is roughly the thickness of two pennies, and 1800g (3.5mm) is comparable to the thickness of two quarters.

Our default thickness is 3mm, which already provides a solid and sturdy feel for most books. However, if you have a smaller book and want to reduce the overall weight, you can opt for the 2.5mm option. For larger books, we recommend choosing the 3.5mm thickness to give the book a more substantial feel and provide better support for the size.
