Ribbon Bookmark and Book Spine

This video shows glue being applied to the hardcover book backbone, followed by a mull (book spine cloth) to reinforce the spine and hold the book signatures together.

The 'piggy' sound you hear is from the suction on the left. It lifts the end of the ribbon bookmark, flips it over, and the mull will later cover it.
