Copper Plate for Book Spine Foil Stamping

This image shows a custom copper plate used for foil stamping on a book spine. For foil stamping, the plate must be made first, then mounted on the press and carefully aligned before production. This is why adding foil to a proof takes extra setup time and cost, even for a single sample.
