A simple overview of what happens after you decide to print your book with us.
Step 2: Send Files
- Send files to [email protected].
- Or send them to your assigned team member.
- Use Google Drive, WeTransfer, or a similar file-sharing link.
- We review the files and check if they are print ready.
Step 3: Confirm Pricing
- Confirm book specifications.
- Confirm proof and production pricing.
- Confirm shipping and timeline.
- Answer remaining questions.
- Lock in the order details.
Step 4: Physical Proof
- Physical proofing is optional for some projects.
- Choose a digitally printed book proof.
- Choose an offset sheet proof for color checking.
- Sample delivery takes about 2–3 weeks.
- Review and approve before production.
Step 5: Production
- Production starts after your production approval.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin.
- Production takes about 2–4 weeks.
- We send photos for your review before shipment.
Step 6: Shipment
- Remaining balance is collected before books ship.
- Standard ocean shipping takes about 4 weeks.
- Air shipping is available and takes about 5–10 days.
- Orders ship in boxes by default.
- Boxes are usually about 40 lb each.
- Pallet trucking can be arranged when needed.
