InDesign Endsheet Setup Example

The example below shows a typical endsheet setup for an art book in InDesign.

The "glue page" is the sheet that will be applied glue and and attached to the board. While it is not printable, it still counts as a page, so you should leave it blank as the first page of your PDF.

Endsheet 1 and Endsheet 2 are printable.

Endsheet 3 is also printable. It is often left blank in an art book to maintain a clean, minimal look. It can also serve as a space for notes or signatures.
