Paper Finishes

  • Glossy Finish:
A glossy finish on interior pages enhances color vibrancy and image sharpness, making it ideal for photo-heavy publications like magazines and photo books. However, its reflective surface can produce glare under strong lighting, which may affect readability.
  • Matte Finish:
Favored for its non-glare qualities, making it popular among publishers of children’s books
  • Uncoated Finish:
An uncoated finish provides a natural, textured feel ideal for writing in journals and enhancing the classic appeal of literary or historical books. It absorbs ink well, preventing smudges for a clean, vintage look.
