A quick view of how a custom book order moves from first idea to delivery.
Start with the base book
Choose a binding option first. Each binding option is a complete base book. Then add covers, finishes, or extras if your project needs them. Add-ons cost extra.

File review
Send us your files. We check whether they are print-ready and share the next order link.
Optional: request a physical proof
Pre-production
Review the invoice and order details, pay the 50% deposit, then review your PDF proof. Production begins after you approve the proof.
Production
Most book production takes about 2-4 weeks, depending on specs and add-ons.
Post-production and shipping
Review final product photos, pay the remaining balance, then we ship your order and provide tracking.
Shipping notes
Ocean shipping usually takes about 30 days. We can also arrange split shipment; for example, 100 books by air in about 5-10 days and 400 books by ocean. Timing is an estimate based on our production experience and typical carrier schedules. We will keep you updated along the way.
