What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept credit card payments for your convenience. To begin your order, a 50% deposit is required, and the remaining balance is due once your books are ready to be shipped.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the final product?
We strive to provide high-quality printing services and are confident that you will be satisfied with the final product. However, if you are not satisfied, please let us know and we will work with you to find a solution.

Are there any additional fees to consider?
We believe in transparency when it comes to our pricing. While additional fees may be necessary for rush orders or re-proofing, we provide comprehensive quotes that cover all fees associated with your printing project. You can be confident that there are no hidden costs, and we'll communicate with you if any additional fees arise.

Is there a sales tax?
There is no sales tax if the order is shipped outside of California. For California clients, you can exclude sales tax if you provide a valid seller's permit.
